WheelchairAccess.ca does not collect information which will identify our visitors.

In the event one our visitors choose to contact us, any information received or exchanged is held in the strictest confidence offline and not shared with or communicated to any other party without specific permission of the sender.

In the event a service or product is purchased by a visitor we have PayPal process online payments and have no access to our customer's financial or payment method information.

We do track our traffic with Google Analytics and StatsCounter to determine our visitor demographics and traffic patterns in order to better cater to the needs of our visitors. The information gathered by these services is stored on their servers and they take responsibility for their own security.
